Many sellers like the option to market their property on their own while having it featured on the Multiple Listing Service at the same time.

That's why we created a flat-fee, discounted listing plan, that entails the For Sale by Owner option as well as the possibility of exposure to the local Multiple Listing Service. For a flat-fee of $399 per listing sellers receive:

• Signage - We will provide a professional sign unless For Sale by Owner signage is preferred.

• Professional Marketability Report -  see what similar properties in your neighborhood recently sold for.

• Multiple Listing Service - Your property is featured in the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service exposing it to thousands of local real estate professionals (an additional minimum 2% fee to the buyers broker is required if your property is sold through the Multiple Listing Service).

• Forms - All forms for necessary for contracts are provided.
